This app really does take the pain out of using 2-factor auth on a daily basis from desktop computers. Tokens are readily available from the menu bar on both my Macs. One thing the developer’s pairing wizard fails to mention: within the iOS app, you do need to tap Settings (top right), then Bluetooth (bottom menu bar) and slide Allow Bluetooth to ON. I wasted quite a bit of time figuring this one out when the desktop app failed to locate my iPhone over Bluetooth. Apart from this, Authy for Mac’s great so far.

Amazing solution as opposed to google authenticator!

The app keeps bugging me to set up Bluetooth. I dont want to and the app should remember that.

Ten times the app Google Authenticator is. At least this app can actually do basic things like backup your settings in case of device changes

Love the most recent update, especially the ability to use Touch ID. I have but 1 complaint as I am an iPhone 6 Plus user, it really needs to be optimized for the bigger screens!

Stable, fast, extremely well designed alternative to google authenticator, online backup with password reminder alerts to make sure you never forget your password. New interface design is absolutely gorgeous.

In todays digital age being able to sync codes with multiple devices is extremely useful.

The app works a lot better now that Touch ID isnt broken!

Ive been using Authy for a little while for a service that specifically requires it for 2fa. At first I was annoyed that I couldnt simply use the Google Authenticator app for this service, but after using Authy Ive moved all of my Google Authenticator codes over to it. A much cleaner interface and more features than Googles app. My only complaint is that there is no landscape mode on the iPad. The official Google Authenticator app has the same problem. Would be very nice to have...

Whenever I reset my phone I just type in my password and all my apps are restored.

Top notch authenticator app. Nothing better in my opinion. The restore option is a golden feature.

Step 1. Install and use Authy on your iPhone Step 2. Sell your iPhone, buy a new iPhone Step 3. Install Authy again. Congratulations! Youve rendered the app useless because you no longer have access to your first iPhone!!
