On the ipad, please add rotation! Great app, keep up the improvements!

Getting better but needs some more logos or option to add our own custom logos. Missing Origin and Uplay for me.

---Version 20 Review--- Another update with severely lacking UI/UX choices. Apparently the devs just dont care, or dont know any better, how to make this app easier to use. Sad! Still no horizontal view!!! ---Version 19.7 Review--- Well they changed the background to blue! One good fix is they finally allowed long titles to flow onto a second line which is a plus. Two largest FAILS are the intended disabling of horizontal view on ipad and iphone as well as the stupid squares, still takes way to long to find items with the generic icons. Allow me to set this to a list view without the horrible icons and tons of wasted space at the top!!! Oh, and IPAD HORIZONTAL VIEW!!! ---Version 19.5 review--- Wow they finally did some work on the POOR UI by fixing something that wasnt broken! They added a space in between the numbers...once again lets fix the user interface issues that prevent people from finding codes when they have more than a couple of sites like adding a horizontal view on the iPad! Its almost like they dont listen to their users or read reviews...sad! ---Version 19.4 review--- Same old pitiful UI choices for users having more than a few accounts or longer account names. ---Version 19.3 review--- Description says there were UI improvements, I dont see any changes ESPECIALLY when you have more than 4 accounts. ---Version 19.2 review--- Apparently the makers of this app could not care less about its major UI flaws. No UI changes leading to a VERY POOR UX. ---Version 19.1 review--- Sadly this update doesnt fix the UI bug with no horizontal view on iPad nor is display fixed when you have a large number of sites. BUT WAIT, there is now a watch app! Wow! Who cares....fix the bugs and issues you already have before adding new features. Still no ios9 multitasking either. You cant tell me there are more people with Apple watches vs people who would use multitasking...priorities seem all wrong! ---older version review--- Still the same issues a year later...see my review below. I second someone elses review about poor UI when you have a large number of sites. Now they need to add ios9 multitasking support too. App works fine, UI needs a ton of work!! One huge omission is a horizontal view on the iPad. I login and logout of sites all day long and it would be nice to be able to leave my iPad open, in its case, showing me the codes. Please fix! Another issue is the icon display. Why cant we add our own icons? Last issue is the worst one. Since I am a web designer most of my usernames are the same throughout all of my sites. The way you have the icons configured I cant tell which is which? All I see is username@... and I have to keep hitting them until I get the right one.

In iPad Air iOS 9.3.5, it always does not response and forces close.

In combination with LastPass, Authy is something I use almost everyday to keep my accounts secure. I like how Authy backs up my accounts, although this is slightly less secure. For the average user, the account backup feature is a lifeline should you lose your devices/codes.

... but annoyingly keeps asking me to verify my password for account recovery 3 times each time I use it! Im already protected by touchID, and I have my Authy password backed up, so no need to keep trying to "help" me by doing this. At least add an option to turn this behavior off!

Annoying: it keeps asking for the backup password multiple times. Its fine to have to enter it once every few weeks, but it requires it once for every account. Dropping my review to two stars because its still not fixed. Really, I should only have to type in my backup password once every few weeks. I shouldnt get eight reminders in five minutes.

App keeps signing out. Please fix this before I am locked out of my own account. Luckily I have multiple devices to verify sign in. I have iPhone 7plus with iOS 10.2 Thanks.

Finally a multiple device Authenticator

For the most part, it just works. Its absolutely annoying, however, to be prompted multiple times to enter my backup password. This is just obnoxious. It also doesnt support landscape mode or Slide Over (not to mention Split Screen) on the iPad, which doesnt sound like that big of a deal, until you start switching apps in order to log into something. Its annoying precisely because it shouldnt be a big deal for the developer to implement these things--and yet here we are. Add on top of this the fact that its had these problems for years now, and youve got an app that does what it sets out to do, but feels lazy. Please put some polish on this.

Way better than Google Authenticator! I recently had my phone replaced, and was able to get setup on my new phone, using Authy, in mere moments!

Found this app recommended on Lifehacker and have loved using it for the past few days. I like that I can lock the app with Touch ID!

I like it better than Google Authenticator. Its just much more convenient than having to re-add all your 2FA accounts, BUT... For goodness sake, please fix that weird bug where it asks for my backup password twice in a row. I dont mind being asked once a month, but I only need to be asked once, thats it! This has been going on for a while now, and at most, its annoying, but still unnecessary. Seriously.

Works, has backup and multiple device support. Great app.

It has a great UI/UX for the user ,only issue I have noticed is that when I tap on anything on the app its in unresponsive and takes quite a while to respond

First, sign out of 2FA on a website. Second, delete the account from Google Authenticator. Finally, sign up again for 2FA by scanning the QR code with Authy. Its that simple. I now have Authy on a phone, a tablet, and two PCs. Thats peace of mind.

Not sure why any other auth apps even exist

Be able to add images for 2 factors that dont have one. The default is Okay but we need to be able to see the difference in app.

It was really easy to transfer my sites from google authenticator! I like the look and "feel".

Nice and easy app, just missing some logo, like the Slack one (but Slack announced its 2FO a week ago :p )
