Solid 2FA app - some feature requests

Nice work on the app. I just switched over from Authenticator. Mainly I wanted the backup functionality.

Here is my wish list:
- Allow me to rename accounts
- Enable longer pin codes
- Support backing up to Dropbox
- Allow registration/reset without a phone number. Carriers are a proven weak point.
